To provide office, administrative and general non‑clinical organisational support to the Therapy Hub working under the direction or supervision of the Therapy Hub Senior Administrator.
Responsibilities- Provide an efficient and effective administrative service as required by the Therapy Hub Team.
- Deal with enquiries via telephone and face‑to‑face, communicate information effectively, take good quality information and ensure messages are passed on clearly and within the
625 set timescales. The post‑holder will use initiative, taking messages asาช appropriate while adhering to the Data Protection Act. - Book therapists’ appointments and update appropriate systems to record bookings as per in‑house training.
