Position: Senior Team Assistant, Global Investment Firm (Fluent French)

We’re looking for a Fluent French-speaking, proactive and detail-oriented Team Assistant with at least 2 years’ experience managing busy diaries in a fast-paced, professional setting. This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-renowned investment firm in Birmingham City Centre and play a key role in supporting senior stakeholders.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll ensure smooth coordination and exceptional service. You’ll thrive on juggling priorities, communicating confidently, and solving problems before they arise – all while building strong relationships across Birmingham, Europe, and the U.S.

Your day-to-day will include:
  • Managing complex calendars for senior bankers
  • Scheduling meetings and calls across multiple time zones
  • Organising international and domestic travel
  • Handling expenses, invoices, and administrative tasks
  • Assisting with team queries and stepping in where needed
  • Providing phone and holiday cover when required
What we’re looking for:
  • Fluent in French (written and spoken) – essential for liaising with French-speaking stakeholders
  • 2+ years’ experience as an assistant or coordinator, with strong diary management skills
  • Exceptional organisational and communication abilities
  • A team player with a proactive mindset
