The Role
** The Workplace Experience Coordinator plays a critical role in the smooth and efficient operations of the Work Dynamics business line. This position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing a range of facility-related activities, including maintenance, hosting, high profile meetings, hospitality and vendor management. The Workplace Experience Coordinator ensures that work spaces are well-maintained, optimally utilized, and provide a productive environment for employees and clients.

* ** Ensuring the client and their customers receive a first class experience from the moment they enter the site
* Hospitality is booked, set up and cleared away efficiently
* Proactively take steps to enhance the experience in advance of customers visits
** Facilities Maintenance
