• Setting up new supplier / staff expense accounts (Analysis codes)
• Amendments to existing supplier and staff expense accounts
• Inputting of farmer bank details and email addresses
• Processing of Purchase invoices (PO and no PO)
• Processing of Capex invoices
• Monthly invoice:
  Barclaycard, car lease, Adams phone and Click travel Invoices.
• Processing of Intercompany invoices through AP and AR (all sites)
• Processing of Intercompany Debit notes through AP and AR (all sites)
• Matching of Debit Notes against Credit Notes on AR
• Intercompany Statements to all sites
• Weekly/ monthly supplier BACS payments for ABP UK group including Livestock and Staff Expenses
• Processing of Capex weekly Bacs payment
• Weekly One Time Vendor manual payments
• Monthly Euro and Foreign currency supplier Bacs payments
• Monthly Bacs payment of invoices via Intergroup trading with ABP Ireland sites
• Monthly HMRC payments on behalf of all sites
• Monthly supplier cheque run.
• Manual sundry cheque payments on behalf of Central and ABP Sites
• Purchase Ledger supplier refund payments, Bacs rejections, Sales ledger refunds.
• Monthly supplier statement reconciliations to cover top 15 Birmingham Suppliers
• Allocating of Direct Debits payments
• Monitoring of Trade creditors reports for ABP Birmingham
• Dealing with Supplier and site queries (AP email box)
