We are Quorum Consultancy. We are a small, remote team building a business from scratch while keeping our day jobs. We believe that small businesses and individuals are being priced out of high-quality advice, so we are building a brand that offers affordable Legal, IT, and Business solutions.

A UK-based accountant (ACCA, ICAEW, or similar) who already holds a Practising Certificate. We need you to be the "Professional Lead" for our accounting arm, allowing us to legally provide tax and accounting services alongside our legal and IT offerings.

• Grassroots:
  This is a "sweat equity" start. We are investing our evenings and weekends to build the brand.
• No Salary (Yet):
  We don’t have a corporate budget. We are building this for ourselves.
• Fair Split:
  When we win a project or a client, you lead the accounting delivery and we split the revenue fairly.
• Flexibility:
  You likely have a day job or your own small practice, that’s fine. We work when we can, from wherever we are.

An accountant who actually cares about helping small clients get a fair deal. If you have the certificate and want to be a founding partner in a multi-disciplinary firm, let’s have a virtual coffee.

• Professional Sign-Off:
  Provide the legal and regulatory cover (via your PC) so Quorum can offer accounting and tax services.
• Delivery:
  Handle the filing and technical work for the clients we win.
• Collaborate:
  Work alongside our Legal and IT leads to provide joined-up, affordable packages for small businesses.
• Pricing:
  Help us figure out how to keep fees "lean" while still making a healthy profit for the team.

• A Valid Practising Certificate:
  You must be legally allowed to practice under your own name or a firm.
• PI Insurance:
  You need your own professional indemnity cover for the work you sign off.
• The "Founder" Spirit:
  You understand we are building the "Quorum" brand from the ground up.

• Partnership:
  You aren't "staff"; you are part of the team building the business.
• Revenue Share:
  You take the lead share of all accounting related revenue.
