• Lead and supervise audit teams, providing leadership, mentorship, and support to junior colleagues
• Review audit files to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistently high standards.
• Identify key operational issues for clients, recommending practical solutions while maintaining strong, trusted client relationships.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and management throughout the audit process.
• Prepare audit files in line with the firm’s audit manual for managerial review.
• Perform detailed technical work with a focus on delivering exceptional client service in a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Approach complex technical matters with confidence, commercial awareness, and initiative.

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Strong communicator with the ability to build genuine relationships with clients.
• Confident leader, able to motivate and guide junior team members.
• Eager to embrace new challenges and develop professionally.
• Committed to delivering outstanding client service and exceptional results.
• Passionate about maintaining high standards and integrity in all aspects of your work.
