Evolito develops and manufactures class-leading, lightweight, high-power, and high-torque-density electric propulsion systems for a range of aerospace markets, including EVTOL, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and General Aviation.

As well as ultra-high performance, low-weight electric motors and controllers, Evolito specialises in high integrity, bespoke battery systems for the aerospace and defence markets. The team is scaling rapidly and has ambitious growth plans over the next twelve to eighteen months.

As part of our current high-growth phase, we are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to assist the Transactional Services Partner by taking full responsibility for processing purchase ledger transactions and maintaining purchase ledger records.
* Key responsibilities will include:
** Processing supplier invoices
* Assisting with supplier and employee queries
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Preparing weekly payment runs
* Processing employee expenses
* Helping to improve our evolving processes
* Proactively seeking opportunities to deliver improvements.
* Skills and experience required:
** Previous proven experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk
* Good basic knowledge of VAT
* Good IT skills including Excel, and ideally experience with SAP Business One
* Strong attention to detail
* Extremely organised with a good business acumen
* A 'self-starter' attitude with energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to thrive in a small business environment
* Comfortable working in a team and equally adept at working with finance and non finance colleagues
* Ability to work under pressure while managing conflicting demands against tight deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A flexible approach to work.
