A respected and progressive firm of Chartered Accountants based in Oxford is looking to appoint an Audit & Accounts Senior as part of its continued growth. This role will suit an experienced Audit & Accounts professional who enjoys taking ownership of assignments and working closely with clients. You will be involved in leading audits from planning through to completion, preparing statutory accounts, and supporting the development of junior team members. The position offers clear progression prospects and the opportunity to build a long-term career within a well-established Oxford accountancy practice.

Key Responsibilities Planning, leading, and completing audit assignments Preparing statutory accounts for a varied client portfolio Supervising and mentoring junior staff Building and maintaining strong client relationships Liaising with managers and partners to ensure high standards of delivery Requirements ACA / ACCA qualified or finalist At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment Strong audit and accounts preparation experience Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
