We’re looking for someone who combines strong legal skills with business savvy and ambition—someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited about the chance to grow both professionally and financially.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 1 year of experience in corporate governance and transactional matters. You’ll work closely with a team of seasoned attorneys on high-impact deals and strategic advisory matters across a variety of industries.
Job Responsibilities:- Lead and manage corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, stock and asset purchases
- Advise clients on corporate governance, entity formation, business structuring, and compliance
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements (e.g., purchase agreements, shareholder and operating agreements)
- Oversee all phases of deal execution, including due diligence, closing, and post-closing support
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, offering insights across business and legal concerns
- Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas such as tax, employment, and litigation
- J.D. and excellent academic credentials
- Member in good standing of a state bar association
- Minimum 3+ years of corporate and transactional commercial legal experience (preferred)
- Significant contract review and negotiation experience
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, follow through, and meet deadlines
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe
