New role created due to growth. Responsible for leading the care team and ensuring consistent, high quality resident care. Floating role (full time, permanent position)
- floats around 4 Assisted Living facilities in the area (40miles travel as farthest)
- Manage and coordinate the nursing department
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff and caregivers
- Maintain high standards of resident care
- Recruit and develop care staff
- Partner with other departments to support resident needs
- Oversee assessments, care plans, and medication administration
- Participate in shared after hours on call rotation
- Active RN or LPN license in Michigan, Current BLS
- Must have reliable transportation and able to float around facilities
- Assisted Living experience required along with 1 year supervisory experience
