Applications are now open for college juniors, seniors, and recent graduates (up to six months post‑graduation) who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow alongside industry leaders.
Program DetailsInternship Dates: June 1 – July 31, 2026
In-Office: Hybrid (3 days per week in‑office) — designed for collaboration, creativity, and connection
Office Locations: Chicago | Miami | New York | Birmingham, MI
ResponsibilitiesThink of designers as architects of branding as marketing shifts further into a more digital landscape. They curate the vibe and aesthetic while keeping true to the client’s voice & the necessary medium to get the message out. Designers are well versed in enhancing digital and print content. The digital/interactive design team creates a world of clickable, watchable and explorable material.
Designers may have knowledge of the following:
- Tools and Programs:
After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema4D, Element, Maya and/or Blender, Adobe Creative Suite, Bridge and Camera Raw typography, Google Slides, Keynote - The ability to translate static wireframes to interactive layouts
- Video Editing: iMovie, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Photography:
Aperture, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.
The Day‑to‑Day: Designers work closely with the account/project leads and client to first get briefed on what it is that the client is looking for. On a typical day, they participate in brainstorming sessions, review the production team’s spec sheet and prepare the design according to a mechanical checklist. For instance, some designs need to be suitable for print to present creative work versions for the client to choose from.
They work on items such as a pitch deck, an e‑book, a brochure (digital and print) or an email marketing template.

- A college junior, senior, or recent graduate (up to six months post‑graduation)
- A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field
- A strong communicator with an interest in storytelling, branding, and digital marketing
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
