We’re Hiring a Moving Coordinator – Be the Driving Force Behind Our Staging Team!

Are you organized, hands-on, and ready to lead a team that transforms homes?

We’re looking for a Moving Coordinator to oversee moves for our home staging and design projects — making sure every detail runs smoothly from the warehouse to the finished space.

• Lead with Impact:
  Manage a moving team, keeping projects on schedule and stress-free.
• Hands-On Variety:
  From hanging art to assembling furniture, no two days are the same.
• Keep Us Rolling:
  Maintain a clean, stocked, and ready-to-roll 26’ box truck.
• Problem-Solve Daily:
  Tackle challenges, resolve inventory issues, and find better ways to get the job done.
• Build Relationships:
  Work closely with designers, clients, and agents to make every move a 5-star experience.

• Organize and oversee move schedules, staffing, and truck loads.
• Protect inventory and client spaces with expert handling.
• Maintain pristine staging and de-staging environments.
• Manage warehouse and truck inventory through Trello.
• Train and motivate your team to excel.

• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
• Skilled in furniture assembly, art/wall décor hanging, and truck loading.
• Safety-focused driver with a clean record (experience with 26’ box truck a plus).
• Quick to learn software (Trello experience a bonus).
• Positive, adaptable, and ready to problem-solve on the fly.

Pay: Highly competitive and based on skills/experience.

Schedule: Part-time or full-time — we’ll work with the right candidate.
