**# The Courier Service Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery and distribution of mail and packages within the organization. This role ensures timely and accurate delivery services, maintains customer satisfaction, and oversees the efficient operation of courier services.

Job Responsibilities
*** Manages and coordinates the delivery and distribution of mail and packages within the organization.
* Ensures timely and accurate delivery services by monitoring delivery schedules and addressing any delays or issues.
* Maintains customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any inquiries or complaints promptly.
* Oversees the operation of courier mail servers to ensure efficient and secure handling of mail.
* Implements and monitors express delivery services to meet urgent delivery requirements.
* Maintains high accuracy in mail distribution by verifying addresses and delivery details.
* Supervises and trains courier staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Ensures compliance with safety and security regulations in the handling and delivery of mail and packages.
* Prepares and maintains delivery reports and records for management review.
** Qualifications & Requirements**
* ** Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent required;
* ** Experience**:
Previous experience in a professional office environment preferred
* ** Skills**:
Computer Literacy;
Courier Mail Server;
Detail-Oriented. Express Delivery, Mail Distribution, Oral Communications, Written Communication
* Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
* Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
* Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
* Valid Driver's License and personal motor vehicle to perform courier runs

The Compensation range for this role is 14.74 to 18.73 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
