Driver Manager

At J&M Tank Lines, Inc., we’re looking for a Driver Manager at our corporate office in Birmingham, AL who thrives on leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration to join our team.

As a Driver Manager, you’ll be the critical link between our organization, drivers, and customers. You’ll:

• Lead and mentor associates to achieve operational and safety goals.
• Balance the needs of customers, drivers, and the business to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with your team of drivers and internal associates.
• Ensure compliance with company and federal DOT regulations while making safety-conscious decisions.
• Support drivers with daily dispatches, payroll, home time, and paperwork through our J&M Mobile App and other systems.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve challenges and implement creative solutions to improve driver retention

• Bachelor’s degree or transportation experience preferred.

• Experience with TMW or similar operational software is a plus.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
