• Start at 75 CPM split pay - Average $1,875 - $2,062 per week per driver*
• $2,250 per driver at 6,000 miles per week
• $2,625 per driver at 7,000 miles per week
• Each load averages 800 - 1,000 miles
• Average 5,000 - 7,000 miles per week
• Comprehensive health coverage after 90 days
• Monthly bonus structure:
  Up to $300 per month, split pay

* Average $1,875 - $2,062 per week per driver based on 5,000-5,500 miles per week

• At 90 days: 2 CPM increase, split pay
• At 1 year:
  Additional 2 CPM increase, split pay
• Each year anniversary after first year: 1 CPM increase, split pay

• 50% of health premiums paid by the employer initially - Up to 80% of premiums paid by the employer at the 1-year mark
• Break down pay: $100, split pay
• Detention pay: $15 per hour after 3 hours up to 8 hours, split pay**
• Layover pay: $100 if detention reaches 8+ hours, the team splits the pay
• 7 MPG fuel efficiency bonus: $200, split pay
• Safety bonuses for clean DOT inspections
• Safety score (95%+) with no accidents and no bad DOT Inspections: $200, split pay
• 95%+ On-time pick-up and delivery: $200, split pay
