** What You'll Be Doing
*** Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites
* Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
* Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and teammates
* Maintain accurate delivery documentation and follow all safety protocols
* Support plant operations when needed to ensure smooth workflow
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles
* Strong focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, physically active environments
* Clear and professional communication skills
* Ability to follow procedures and adapt to changing job-site needs
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $20.60 to $25.67 per hour
