Pay Rate: $28.14

Guaranteed 40 Hour Minimum, Overtime Available, (Some Weekend Work Possible)

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Location: 912 31 St Street N, Birmingham AL 35203

• Box Truck Experience Preferred, Not Required

About the Role:
What will you do?

• Technical Expertise: Conduct preventative and light maintenance on commercial vehicles, focusing on various areas such as wheel end work, brakes, air systems, and more.
• Tire Service: Provide specialized tire services, including mounting, dismounting, and repairs.
• Safety: Uphold safety and liability policies, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
• Work Together: Collaborate as part of a motivated team to meet organizational goals and deadlines.
• Physical: Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including commercial tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 21 years of age.
• Must have one year of previous commercial truck or light mechanical service experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
