Delivery Driver

Join the Staples team as a Delivery Driver.

Schedule: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday‑Friday.

Staples is a business‑to‑business company that delivers office supplies, furniture and other products. The Delivery Driver is a front‑line member who transports products safely, manages routes, loads trucks, and provides customer support.

• Transport products safely and deliver office supplies on assigned route.
• Load truck and organize products using the manifest for the most efficient route.
• Ensure safe work practices and uphold the company’s safety culture.
• Provide customer support, accept product returns, and make customers happy.
• Serve as the brand on wheels.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, eligible to drive a commercial motor vehicle.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen (No THC) and obtain a 6‑month DOT medical card.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Full‑time associates must be able to work additional hours beyond the scheduled shift; overtime may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, push/pull items up to 400 lbs with hand carts, and occasionally maneuver up to 130 lbs.
• Must wear safety composite shoes and be at least 21 years old.

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of truck driving experience (operating a 16 ft or longer straight truck) or comparable experience.
• High‑volume package delivery experience.

• Competitive Pay: $20.90–$23.15/hour based on experience.
