Class Driver

National Salvage & Service Corporation is an industry leading specialty contractor and a growing company with a day shift opening for a truck driver at its Birmingham, AL, facility. This is a five-days-a-week job, home every day. Time and a half for overtime. • Hauling railroad chips, metal and other material
• Runs in Birmingham and surrounding areas
• Able to work overtime in various weather conditions
• Filling out daily paperwork using a smart phone, laptop or computer device
• Working independently
• Completely and accurately fill out daily paperwork
• Basic mechanical knowledge in order to make small repairs (change hydraulic hose, grease and lube, safety walk around inspection)
• Follow all Safety Program, Policies and Procedures
• Able to learn the basic use of a smartphone
• Able to pass pre-employment drug test and random drug tests after hiring
• Hold valid driver’s license
• Class A CDL required (Manual Transmission)
