Orange theory Fitness is a science-backed, technology-tracked, coach-inspired workout designed to produce results from the inside out. Our coaches are the heartbeat of our studios—motivators, educators, and leaders who bring energy, connection, and purpose to every class.

We’re looking for a passionate, high-energy Fitness Coach who loves helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. You’ll lead dynamic, pre-designed group workouts while building real relationships with members and delivering an unforgettable experience—every class, every time.

• Lead safe, effective, and engaging Orange theory group fitness classes
• Educate members on heart-rate-based training and proper exercise form
• Motivate, coach, and connect with members of all fitness levels
• Provide individualized guidance and modifications when needed
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and energetic studio environment
• Collaborate with the studio team to deliver a world-class member experience
• Support member retention through relationship-building and accountability

• Current nationally recognized personal training or group fitness certification (ACE, NASM, NSCA, ISSA, etc.)
• CPR/AED certification
• Confident public speaker with strong coaching presence
• High energy, positive attitude, and passion for fitness
• Ability to coach all fitness levels safely and effectively
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to grow
