• Lead and perform residential air duct cleaning services
• Inspect, diagnose, and recommend indoor air quality solutions
• Install and service IAQ products including air purifiers, filtration systems, UV lights, and dehumidifiers
• Educate customers on IAQ options to improve comfort and system efficiency
• Ensure proper airflow and system performance through thorough inspections
• Maintain equipment, tools, and company vehicles in clean working condition
• Follow safety protocols and industry best practices
• Support and mentor junior technicians as needed

• 3+ years of HVAC experience with strong IAQ specialization
• Extensive hands‑on experience with residential air duct cleaning
• Strong understanding of airflow, filtration systems, and ventilation best practices
• EPA Certification preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lead jobs independently and represent the company professionally
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
