This is a full-time, on-site role located in Birmingham, AL, for an Installation Technician. The Installation Technician will be responsible for wall mounting TVs, setting up audio-visual equipment, installing cabling, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring successful completion of installations. The technician will provide direct customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and offering professional support during installations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining tools and equipment to perform work efficiently and safely.

• Proficiency in cabling and installation processes for TVs and audio-visual systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality, precise work
• Familiarity with safety practices while handling installation tools and electrical work
• Previous experience in home entertainment system installations is a plus
• Physical ability to lift and mount equipment safely
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
