Operations Support Technician

• Operate basic equipment and perform routine tasks by closely following detailed instructions.
• Carry out operational activities in accordance with established processes and parameters.
• Assist with the installation of equipment and appliances by performing preparatory tasks and providing hands-on support.
• Support maintenance and repair functions through preparation and assistance, following strict protocols.
• Adhere to quality standards and contribute to maintaining high operational quality.
• Follow mandatory work instructions, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to safeguard personal and environmental wellbeing.

• Education: Secondary / Intermediate qualification (Minimum 2 GCSEs or equivalent).
• Experience: Proven ability to work independently without constant supervision in a similar role.
• Communication Skills: Able to communicate clearly and effectively using basic verbal communication.
• Organizational Skills: Capable of planning, prioritizing, and overseeing activities with guidance.
• Policy & Compliance: Understands and follows organizational policies and ensures alignment with operational objectives.
• Health & Safety: Applies basic health and safety concepts under supervision and ensures a safe working environment.
• Problem Solving: Assists in identifying and managing risks in the production process.
• Reporting: Able to support the creation and review of clear, effective reports under supervision.
• Development Focus: Supports a culture of learning and growth among peers under supervision.
• Compliance: Works to maintain compliance with all applicable operational rules and regulations.
