Monarch Investment & Management Group is actively hiring NOW for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician in Birmingham, AL

- $27–$29/hour (DOE)
- Quarterly bonuses up to $750
- $100 per on-call rotation
- Annual raises up to 5%

- Preventative maintenance and grounds support
- On-call rotation for emergencies
- Maintenance experience (
apartment experience preferred
) - HVAC or EPA, CPO certification preferred
- Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
- Customer-service mindset
- Schedule:
Monday–Friday 8:30AM–5:30PM - On-call: 1 week every 3 weeks
