• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and best practices.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
• EPA certification for refrigerant handling is a plus.
