We are currently seeking a skilled Form Carpenter to join our dedicated team.

Job Description:

As a finish system craftsman, you will play a crucial role in the construction process by installing Exterior Insulation Finishing Systems (EIFS) and stucco to commercial buildings. Your expertise will ensure that our projects are executed with precision, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and apply EIFS and stucco finishes on residential and commercial buildings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Accurately measure, cut, and shape materials to fit precise specifications.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring proper adhesion for EIFS or stucco applications.
• Install insulation boards, mesh, and base coats to ensure proper functionality and appearance.
• Apply finishing coats and textures to create smooth, even surfaces.
• Ensure all work meets company standards and building codes.
• Maintain a safe and clean job site at all times.
• Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a carpenter specializing in EIFS and stucco installation.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in EIFS and stucco work.
• Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and on ladders or scaffolding.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with others.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in EIFS or stucco applications is a plus.
• Experience working with other exterior finishing systems.
• Prior experience in residential and commercial projects.
