Job Description

Creature is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead traveling plumbing crews across healthcare and commercial projects. This role requires technical expertise, field leadership, and a commitment to safety and quality. The Plumbing Foreman ensures that crews execute installations with precision, efficiency, and compliance-building better, faster, and smarter.

Role Expectations
  • Lead plumbing crews across multi-state projects, setting clear expectations and maintaining accountability.
  • Interpret drawings and plumbing schematics, directing layout and installation of DWV, domestic water, and vent systems.
  • Coordinate manpower, sequencing, and materials with Project Managers and Superintendents.
  • Drive prefab and modular installation methods, collaborating with production leadership for efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and oversee daily reporting, including Procore updates.
  • Mentor apprentices and journeymen, modeling high-performance field culture.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber with 8+ years of experience.
  • Prior experience leading plumbing crews or foreman-level leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of IPC/UPC codes, medical facility standards, and multi-state commercial installs.
  • Proficiency with Procore and digital reporting tools preferred.
  • Valid driver's license; willingness to travel 70-80%.
  • Pre-employment drug screen required.
