- Ability and experience to lead a crew
- Ability to manage job documents
- Ability to safely drive a truck and trailer (CDL is a plus)
- Physical ability to perform fast-paced labor
- Use of augers and hole diggers for fence post holes
- Use of gas-powered post drivers
- Use of core drills for concrete drilling
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, etc.)
- Ability to carry heavy materials such as concrete and lumber
- Installation of various fencing types:
Chain Link, Vinyl, Wood, Aluminum - Use of company software to track materials, send updates, clock in/out
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
This is a full-time position.
