• Monitor fiber placement activities, including both underground and aerial installations.
• Conduct site inspections to verify proper construction techniques and adherence to design plans.
• Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain timelines.
• Document progress, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support fiber splicing and testing operations (preferred but not required).

• Moderate technical knowledge of fiber optic construction methods and materials.
• Familiarity with underground and overhead fiber placement techniques.
• Preferred experience in fiber splicing and testing (OTDR, power meter, etc.).
• Approximately 5 years of hands‑on experience in fiber construction or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
