We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as an HVAC Service Technician. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will perform maintenance and troubleshooting of commercial HVAC equipment including, but not limited to: packaged TU’s, large split systems, VRF systems, cooling towers, air-cooled chillers, variable frequency drives, pumps, and motors.

Responsibilities:

Basic understanding, operation, and navigation of common Building Automation Systems (e.g., Trane, Honeywell, JCI).

Familiarity with service software for VRF systems from various manufacturers (e.g., Mitsubishi, Daikin, Sanyo, Toshiba, Fujitsu).

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Complete service tickets and timesheets electronically (via iPad) and email them.

Travel as necessary between Huntsville and Birmingham during peak seasons.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of field service experience.

Ability to pass background, drug, MVR, and physical ability screenings.
