102059    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Refrigeration Leadman to join our dynamic team. As a Leadman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing refrigeration projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.  
** Responsibilities:
*** Lead and supervise a team of refrigeration technicians on construction sites.
* Coordinate and schedule project tasks to meet deadlines.
* Install commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, and HVAC units.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
* Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success.
* Mentor and train junior technicians as needed.

* Qualifications:

*** 5+ years of commercial HVAC-HVAC/R experience.
* Correct Certifications and other relevant licenses.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Or aptitude to learn this quickly.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Commitment to safety and quality.
