After a paid training program, you can expect to earn between $40,000 and $60,000. We offer flexible work schedules, top benefits, and immediate hiring for full-time positions. No prior experience is required—previous experience in carpet cleaning, construction, lawn care, pest control, or general labor is a plus. Opportunities for growth within the Water Restoration department are available.

• Use specialized equipment to extract water from structures as part of the team.
• Remove damaged furniture, flooring, and wallboard.
• Follow all IICRC protocols on all jobs.

• Minimum age 21 if the position is DOT regulated and must possess relevant certifications.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be medically cleared to wear a respirator and complete a respirator fit test.
• Maintain IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician certification.
