We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a HVAC Start-up Technician.
*
* Job Description:

*** Knowledge of chillers, boilers, air handlers, and HVAC systems
* Performs pre-functional inspections/checklist and start-up of commercial HVAC systems
* Performs installation, diagnostic and repairs on refrigeration systems at time of startup and warranty period
* Reading of and understanding of control wiring and high voltage wiring diagrams
* Interprets blue prints, submittal data and installation/operation manuals to provide complete startup per manufactures recommendations
* Documents work by completing all paperwork on each job for each piece of equipment.
* Assist installation mechanics in completing and mounting of field installed devices on equipment prior to start up as needed
* Trouble shoot issues as they arise
* Work with Commissioning agents as required and complete require documentation
** Requirements:
*** 4 year minimum experience in installation and startup of HVAC equipment
* Communication and customer service skills
* Computer skills in using Microsoft office and/or IPad for generation of field reports/startup forms
* Knowledge of control and equipment sequence of operations
