Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter, observing for unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or policy concerns.;
Control access by monitoring entrances, assisting with visitor direction, and/or supporting staff with de-escalation and service-focused presence.;
Complete security-related reports and logs, document incident details, and communicate observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision as required.
