Security Engineers is seeking dedicated Unarmed Bank Security Officers to help maintain safe and secure environments for our clients. Officers play a vital role in deterring incidents through visibility, vigilance, and proactive engagement. Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring access points, verifying identification, responding to alarms/emergencies, and maintaining detailed logs. This role requires professionalism, strong observational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Valid ASRB License as required by state licensing authority
• Must be at least 18 years old

• Conduct walking patrols to identify and report safety concerns
• Monitor access points; verify IDs and credentials
• Monitor surveillance systems for threats or suspicious activity

• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents per protocol
• Maintain accurate logs of activities and incidents
• Perform routine security tasks (locking/unlocking doors)

• Assist visitors and employees professionally
• Enforce site‑specific Post Orders and security protocols
• Ensure compliance with SEI and client policies (smoking, loitering, parking)

• Ability to perform in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
• Weekend availability
• Strong situational awareness and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective in critical situations
• Basic computer skills; ability to use tablets for reporting

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-year verifiable military, law enforcement or security experience.

• 2+ years of verifiable customer service experience
