Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Route

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to alarms, calls for service, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report incidents per site and Allied Universal requirements.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, corridors, waiting areas, and exterior areas such as entrances and parking areas to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance issues.;
Monitor access points during patrols by observing visitor flow, assisting with directions, and reporting suspicious behavior or policy violations to site leadership and/or local authorities as directed.;
Complete patrol logs and incident documentation, and communicate significant events to the supervisor and oncoming shift.
