Security Officer - Bike Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout retail common areas, corridors, entrances, loading areas, parking lots, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with crowd control, disturbances, medical calls, and property damage reports as directed;
Monitor activity and conditions within assigned areas, document observations, and complete reports such as shift logs, incident reports, and patrol activity reports;
Support access control and loss prevention efforts by observing for policy violations, requesting identification when required, coordinating with mall management and/or local responders, and reporting hazards or suspicious behavior
