Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, notifications, and documentation per site requirements.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify potential concerns.;
Monitor access points and observe cameras and/or alarm systems as assigned, reporting irregular conditions and coordinating with site personnel and local responders when needed.;
Complete detailed reports, maintain shift logs, and communicate security-related information to supervisors and site representatives to support continuity of operations.
