Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer to provide exceptional customer service and maintain security at the Birmingham, Alabama site during weekends (Saturday and Sunday). The position is full‑time, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., with an hourly wage of $16.75 per hour.

• Welcome guests and verify identity
• Control access and perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Successful completion of an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer proficiency
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience advantageous
• State license if required
