About the JobWe are seeking a dynamic sales associate for our first franchise location in Birmingham, AL. Over the next 18 months, we will expand SWTHZ studio locations to Huntsville, AL and Chattanooga, TN, creating tremendous growth potential!
The Wellness Coordinator delivers an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members through a compelling approach of offering studio membership and retail products and services. The Wellness Coordinator builds relationships and translates the mission of SWTHZ through its product and service offerings. They will have a strong focus on behaviors that drive member acquisition and retention.
The wellness coordinator delivers successful guest and member engagement, and attainment of sales revenue goals. Your work will make a significant impact and contribution to the growth of SWTHZ, for which you will be rewarded.
Customer-facing and sales activities include:
- Guest (Intro) Experience and New Membership Enrollment: executes a relationship-based sales model, explains how SWTHZ products/services meet needs and goals, tours the studio, and describes facilities and amenities.
- Communicates membership options clearly and concisely.
- Enrolls guests professionally using company sales protocols and assists with onboarding and member retention activities to drive profitability.
- Supports attainment of personal and team sales goals and contributes to studio growth.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: sets appointments for leads and potential opportunities; manages follow-up in CRM; executes daily plans for lead management and selling activities.

Experience:
partners with Studio Manager to provide a best-in-class, member-centric experience; ensures friendly greeting/check-in and prompt attention to member needs; maintains relationships and serves as a resource for questions or concerns; maintains a clean, welcoming studio; assists with suite turnover and sanitation after each session; assists with laundry and stock management.
- 1+ years in sales
- High School Diploma or GED required
- CPR and AED certification (in-person training) required
- Experience with membership sales is a significant advantage
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Daily duties require squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, jumping, standing and walking
This is a PART-TIME position with heavy need for WEEKEND hours. Our staffed hours include 6:30am-8:30pm weekdays and 7:30am-5:30pm weekends. This role requires 2 Saturday and 2 Sunday shifts per month.
