Outside Sales Representative

Waste Works, LLC. is a locally owned waste removal and roll-off dumpster company serving contractors, commercial customers, and residential homeowners across Central and North Alabama. We are growing and looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and strengthen existing relationships.

• Develop new business with contractors, builders, businesses, and homeowners
• Reconnect with past and inactive accounts to uncover new opportunities
• Prospect residential projects such as cleanouts, renovations, and remodels
• Schedule and attend in-person sales meetings and job site or customer visits
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in our CRM
• Represent Waste Works professionally in the field

• Proven B2B or residential service sales experience preferred
• Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and visiting job sites or residences
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage time independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Waste, construction, home services, or logistics experience is a plus

• Company training and operational support
