Job Details Description Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Build stronger relationships with current BPs through communication efforts, visits, enrollments, financial education workshops, etc.
- Identify growth potential within existing and new BPs by evaluating membership penetration, developing a relationship with the main point of contact while identifying and evaluating additional needs.
- Attend chamber events, community, and trade show events to continue to initiate new BP relationships.
- Promote all products and services with cross‑selling to meet members' and BP's needs.
- Responsible for securing and safeguarding all membership information collected at BP enrollments.
- Report information to Membership Development Manager following BP visits and enrollments: results, feedback and needs.
- Keep accurate records of Benefit Partner information.
- Performs other job‑related duties as assigned.
- Increase BP and new member growth per year.
- Work effectively with BP personnel and the Credit Union staff to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Perform enrollments to increase product participation and reach corporate goals.
- Attend community, chamber, and other networking events to increase awareness.
- Conduct financial education workshops.
One year to three years of similar or related experience. Experience with business accounts preferred. Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish).
EducationEquivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in a relevant field).
Interpersonal SkillsWork involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature. Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.
Other SkillsPhysical Requirements
Moderate lifting required.
Work EnvironmentMust be able to travel and work non‑regular hours (evenings and weekends).
