The Inside Sales Representative excels in a virtual work environment, demonstrating a clinical mind for the iron deficiency market. This role plays a critical role in developing strategic account relationships to influence thought leaders and leveraging business acumen to effectively deploy resources and tools to partner with accounts and move them along the adoption journey. The position also involves close collaboration with field‑based matrix teams, with the ability to deploy into field for up to 3 months for vacancy coverage.

Base Pay Range – $/yr – $/yr.
Job Responsibilities
- Utilize Pharmacosmos selling process.
- Implement marketing strategy and use approved sales materials with well‑prepared documents for each engagement.
- Exercise sound judgement, demonstrate self‑awareness, and be receptive to coaching.
- Possess in‑depth knowledge of disease state, product portfolio, and accounts to maximize business opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen to acquire and analyze information, recognize trends, and ask the right questions.
- Systematically evaluate business opportunities and target those with the greatest potential for positive results; implement a structured engagement approach to maximize reach and productivity.
- Collaborate effectively with internal partners including Sales, Marketing, Sales Training, Managed Care, Distribution, HR, and Medical Affairs.
- Proactively seek ways to improve performance and develop a career plan with the Decision Support Director.
- Display high emotional intelligence to advance business with internal and external stakeholders.

Deployed (Additional Responsibilities)
- Meet or exceed all territory sales objectives and call metrics.
- Achieve area objectives through compliant sales presentations, territory business plans, marketing strategy, and use of approved sales materials.
- Build rapport with key customers and identify new opportunities based on data analytics, cultivating and expanding the customer base.
- Implement national and regional initiatives.
Policies, Procedures & Compliance
- Maintain compliance with all corporate policies, government regulations, and expense procedures.
- Adhere to employee handbook policies and procedures.
- Follow all assigned administrative requirements.
Education & Professional Background
- BS/BA degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of current pharmaceutical sales experience as inside or field‑based sales.
- Buy‑and‑bill inside sales experience preferred.
- Demonstrated cross‑functional collaboration supporting field‑based initiatives.
- Proven track record of sales success in hospital accounts or similar sites of care, with documentation of meeting or exceeding objectives.
- Strong analytical and business acumen.
