Position: Hospice Consultant - Full Time

Hospice Sales Representative - Full Time

Join Affinity Hospice, a fast‑growing private hospice organization, as a full‑time Sales Representative based in Birmingham, AL. The role focuses on selling hospice services, developing marketing plans, and building relationships with referral sources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate physician offices, hospitals, and long‑term care facilities about hospice service benefits.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities; deliver presentations to key decision makers and overcome objections.
  • Meet minimum daily sales call targets as set by the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of referral sources, activity logs, and marketing spend.
  • Conduct market research, analysis, and develop marketing campaigns with defined budgets.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for community education and public‑relations outreach.
  • Assist with public‑relations outreach through speaking engagements, trade shows, and collaboration with allied health professionals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of healthcare sales or marketing experience (home health, hospice, or related).
  • Licensed driver with a compliant, well‑maintained vehicle.
  • Flexible schedule, ability to travel independently within assigned territory.
  • Strong knowledge of hospice standards, policies, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, time‑management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
