Heavy Equipment Sales Representative

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Birmingham, AL, for a Heavy Equipment Sales Representative. The role involves building relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their equipment needs, and providing tailored recommendations. Responsibilities include managing sales transactions, maintaining a thorough understanding of inventory, preparing quotes, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction. The Sales Representative will also collaborate with the service and financing teams to provide seamless support to customers.

This role requires regular travel within the North and Central Alabama region to meet clients and demonstrate equipment.

• Strong sales, customer service, and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of heavy equipment, machinery, and related industry trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prepare accurate sales quotes and proposals
• Experience with maintaining detailed documentation and sales pipelines
• Proficiency in basic computer and CRM software tools
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
• Proven experience in equipment sales or a related field, and a high school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field is a plus
