This is a dedicated Inside Sales Representative role focused exclusively on following up with and nurturing qualified, pre‑screened leads — no cold calling and no prospecting required. You’ll join an experienced inside sales team supporting one of the top-producing real estate teams in Birmingham.
Enjoy a predictable schedule (3–4 evenings per week and 3 of 4 weekends, with some flexibility), two weeks of vacation, and genuinely work‑free days off. - Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with qualified buyer and seller leads
- Build relationships, provide value, and nurture prospects until they are ready for appointments
- Convert leads into booked appointments for the outside sales team
- Maintain detailed CRM notes, tracking conversations, follow‑up, and pipeline status
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Collaborate with the team to continually improve scripts, conversion rates, and systems
- Represent the team with a high level of integrity and client care
- Prior sales, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, follow‑up, and time‑management abilities
- Comfortable working a consistent schedule including evenings and weekends
- A positive, team‑first mindset with the ability to leave ego at the door
- Self‑starting, coachable, and able to follow a proven system
- Experience working leads in a CRM is a plus
