Our team is expanding, and we re looking for a results-driven Territory Manager to help grow and strengthen our presence across the country.
What You Will DoThe Territory Manager - Crawlspace Encapsulation, Basement Waterproofing, & Foundation Repair will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and customers across the territory. This role combines sales, account management, and business development, with a focus on achieving revenue goals and promoting our trusted solutions for residential and commercial applications.
- South Regional coverage to include TN, AL & LA
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with contractors, distributors, and key accounts.
- Conduct product presentations, training, and demonstrations for customers and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities within the waterproofing, encapsulation, and foundation repair markets.
- Provide ongoing support, consultation, and technical expertise to accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction and success

- Understanding of residential and commercial building practices; knowledge of waterproofing, crawlspace, or foundation repair solutions.
- Industry knowledge is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in territory sales, account management, or business development within construction or building materials is a plus.
- Willingness to travel overnight regularly (2-3 nights weekly) within assigned territory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A valid driver s license and a clean motor vehicle record (MVR) are necessary.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a large territory.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
