Overview

Territory Account Executive – Real Estate Division at Home Warranty of America. Remote sales role with territories across the U.S.; candidates outside the Birmingham, AL territory are not considered.

• Build long‑term relationships with real estate professionals.
• Deliver home warranty as part of a real estate transaction.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings, presentations, and group events.
• Support marketing efforts: e‑mail, print, and social media campaigns.
• Travel within the assigned territory.

• 3+ years of successful sales experience as a top producer.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to network, ask for referrals, and build lasting relationships quickly.
• Autonomous, goal‑focused, with prioritization skills.
• Positive & professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Previous home warranty experience is a plus.
