Early Talent and Corporate Acquisition Specialist at Landscape Workshop

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a proven track‑record for business development, building long‑term client relationships, and meeting sales and revenue goals.
  • Be an experienced sales hunter, especially in B2B commercial contract sales.
  • Possess strong skills in prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments, qualifying, and closing business.
  • Take a structured approach to sales.
  • Excel in a commission‑based compensation structure with high earning potential.
  • Be comfortable with accountability for revenue growth.
  • Be tenacious, optimistic, proactive, confident, ambitious, and maintain high work and ethical standards.
  • Be motivated to make an impact and win.

Major Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth through new client acquisition.
  • Develop, estimate, and close commercial maintenance contracts.
  • Establish strong relationships with operations personnel to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Develop regional contacts and a professional network.
  • Use and maintain a structured sales process and CRM reporting system.

Required

Skills & Experience:

  • Significant sales or business development experience with commercial services industries (e.g., enterprise security, heavy equipment rental/sales, commercial cleaning, catastrophe clean‑up, commercial property sales, pest control) or other B2B situations.
  • Proven ability to manage contracts and negotiate contract terms.
  • Strong relationship‑building capabilities.
  • Self‑driven and self‑disciplined.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a top producer and an industry leader.
  • Extensive B2B sales experience in a full sales lifecycle environment.
  • Must be able to travel within the targeted territory; occasional overnight travel outside the target territory may be required.
