OpportunityThe Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for building pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential B2B customers within the assigned region.
This role focuses on lead generation, early-stage discovery, and booking qualified meetings for the Account Management team, rather than closing sales.
This role is ideal for someone confident on the phone, highly organized, self‑motivated, and experienced in outbound B2B prospecting and can commit 20-25 hours in a week.

- Outbound Prospecting
Conduct multi‑channel outbound outreach (calls, emails, Linked In) to targeted B2B prospects. - Research ideal customer profiles (ICP), rental companies, and key decision‑makers.
- Deliver value‑led introductions to MCS solutions tailored to prospect needs.
- Lead Qualification
Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand business needs and challenges. - Qualify leads against agreed criteria (industry, size, needs, readiness).
- Book high quality discovery calls or demos for Account Managers.
- Tracking & Reporting
Maintain accurate logs of all outreach activity and lead status in our CRM system. - Meet agreed activity, qualification, and meeting‑booked targets, with a focus on lead quality rather than volume alone.
- Provide the sales team with feedback and insights from market conversations.
- Collaboration
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging, campaigns, and outreach priorities. - Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge, product understanding, and success rates.
- Proven experience in Sales Development, outbound B2B lead generation, prospecting, or appointment setting.
- Understanding of the SDR function, including pipeline creation, lead qualification, and handover to Account Managers.
- Strong verbal communication with excellent persuasion and rapport‑building skills.
- Confident working independently, managing your own schedule, and delivering results.
- Professional, clear, and friendly phone manner.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and tracking activity.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ERP, or technology‑based solutions.
- Knowledge of the rental or equipment hire industry.
- Familiarity with Linked In Sales Navigator or similar tools.
- Introductory video call with our recruiter.
- Test assessment.
- Video interview with Hiring Manager.
- Final round with our MD.
